The resort offers breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere, making for an exceptional stay. While the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the cancellation policy during unforeseen circumstances could be a drawback for some guests. The rooms are lovely and well-maintained, though there were some concerns about noise in the mornings. Overall, it's a fantastic value, especially considering the attentive service and beautiful beach.

We just had an amazing vacation celebrating a friend's anniversary at the hotel. The location is fantastic, and we enjoyed breathtaking views from our room and the infinity pool. The staff was wonderful, especially at the Tiki bar and the buffet. However, the service in the buffet area could be a bit slow at times. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking forward to returning.

The staff truly made our stay memorable, particularly Juan Ramon, who went above and beyond to surprise us with activities and menu specials. The beach was a highlight, and the attentive service from Antonia made our time spent there even better. However, I wish we could have stayed longer than just a week!
